Vi söker en Sustainability Manager

The Role  - "Sustainability Manager"

  • Lead & further develop the current sustainability platforms / map out the correct future strategic direction in terms of circular economy.
  • Team/resource management,  providing excellence in terms of knowledge and service on all sustainability topics,
  • Operational & development plans within EFG Reuse
  • Product Eco labelling, annual reporting and asset management.
  • Ambassador and spokesperson, the ability to establish effective networks
The required profile

  • A relevant degree, or postgraduate qualification, however, a business qualification or experience in the area of business activities carried out by EFG may also be considered.
  • Service & Commercially focussed, diligent and work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Flexible, Inspiring, Curious form the basis for our core values.
  • Relationship builder and inspirational leader of both people & policy.   
Skills

  • Sustainability as your core coupled with a high degree of commercial awareness and an solid understanding of business.
  • Proactive and solution orientated with excellent communication skills, oral as well as written in both English & Swedish.
  • Ability to manage projects with good negotiation skills, internally as well as externally ? ability to produce & deliver presentations.
  • Show initiative, stimulate / manage change and also recognise emerging problems / challenges and pro-actively develop solutions.
     

Location: Tranås, Sweden is preferred, however this is open to discussion with the right candidate.
Position: Fulltime
