The Role - "Product Portfolio & Project Coordinator"

  • Lead in further developing (through market knowledge and feedback, trend review, lifecycle analysis as well as other viable channels) the current EFG Group product portfolio. Project coordination lead in all projects within the role remit.
  • Analysis, planning excellence & precision coordination, resource management, enhanced product and portfolio knowledge relationship management
  • Establish effective networks within the company and with external organisations is also an important success driver.
 The required profile

  • A relevant degree, or postgraduate qualification, however, a business qualification or experience in the area of business activities carried out by EFG may also be considered.
  • Service & Commercially focussed, diligent and work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Flexible, Inspiring, Curious form the basis for our core values.
  • Relationship builder and inspirational leader of both people & policy.    
Skills

  • Analytical and procedurally competent yet with solid commercial awareness and an understanding of business.
  • Structured, yet solution orientated with excellent communication skills, oral and written in both English & Swedish.
  • Ability to manage projects with good negotiation skills whilst showing initiative, stimulating and managing change.
  • Proactive, recognising emerging problems/challenges whilst developing solutions.
Addictional Information
Location: Tranås, Sweden is preferred, however this is open to discussion with the right candidate.
Position:  Fulltime
