As part of the Commercial Team and reporting to the Group Commercial Director, you will be involved in the future growth of EFG & SAVO. Your core responsibility will be to develop and grow the company's sales revenues of products via dealer / reseller partners. Focus geographies will be those of Denmark & Finland with primary focus on high potential cities locations. 

You will make contact, manage, develop and build relations with new and established partners on both strategic and operational levels. Determine sales potential, customer needs and the pricing of products and / or services to develop business towards an agreed annual forecast, defined by geographical location.

Commercial acumen as well as understanding the market dynamics are critical. Communication is vital for this role with English being a prerequisite whilst having Danish is seen as an advantage. Good judgment and an ability to develop a rapport and build trust with clients and colleagues alike are important traits-be close, available and supportive. 

Sales professionals must be able to manage stress, prioritise and work within a fast paced and performance driven environment. You will need to have the flexibility to travel on a regular basis, as such your base/home location is flexible and open to discussion although Copenhagen is seen as best positioned.

Experience & Background:

Experienced and inspirational sales manager, leading B-to-B sales with several years working in a similar role. An academic background, preferably within marketing, business management or similar is preferred. Knowledge of the office furniture sector or of a related industry would be a distinct advantage. You need to have a proven track record of building a successful distributor network by targeting transactional as well as influential key groups including architects & designers.
